We're inspired by the idea that fiddle tunes are in some way alive - they're born, travel around, grow up, make friends, and form relationships with and between the people who play and hear them.

Many of the tunes on this CD are very old, “grown up” tunes, some are fairly new, and several are young in years but already have the "old souls" of tunes that have been learned, played, and passed on by thousands of musicians.

We hope you enjoy hearing them as much as we have enjoyed playing and recording them!
